Drum 4 Fun work both in the UK and worldwide with corporate business teams of between 2 and 2,000 who want to get the best from their people. We achieve this through team development programmes which utilise the power of rhythm, drumming and percussion so that people enjoy the work that they do and work to their strengths, which means that productivity rises, staff turnover falls and people look forward to coming to work.

Dr Neal Todd of Manchester University, concluded from research completed last year that ‘The pleasure centres of the brain are stimulated by loud noises’. Empowered by the physical movement, the sound of the drums and the fundamental soothing effect of rhythm, your employees will skip away from a 60 minute session sporting a big smile and a much friendlier attitude to their fellow employees. Drum 4 Fun are a mobile organisation with years of experience in occupational health. We can cater for up to 2,000 participants and give them the time of their working life!
