About Drum for Fun
D4F was born out of a passion for cultural ‘world’ music and a desire to share the powerful effects that the rhythms contained in that music can have on peoples’ lives. Everyone in the organisation shares that passion and a true belief in the power of change through creativity.
D4F facilitate African and Japanese drumming and percussion workshops for schools and colleges, associations and festivals through to organisations and businesses. We establish Community Drumming Circles, and work together with Councils, Youth and Music Services to accommodate a wide variety of needs. Be it Team Building, Personal Growth, Community Development or Crime-Prevention, we never miss a beat! - The emphasis is always on having fun.
